That doesn't matter much. There's no gear you'd want for stats, so the level isn't too big a deal. There are jewels and reagents, housing items, and some stitch to outfits. It's more for fun than something you'd grind.

You still get items, how is it a waste? The gauntlet can give a permanent mount exclusive to it or even an exclusive pet.

one shot gauntlet level just find way it is (only set by level 80+) because have "plus" when see level with a plus (means) not just level 80 wizard and they meant by: any wizard level 80 plus higher they more then level just 80 plus example of 80-90 or 90-100 (beside) 100 last boss use shadow magic (1 shadow pips) beware does use fire from above spell!

no (don't get level 100 stuff) wonder want your wizard lvl wizard (use 80+) level 100 also use level dungeon (from level 1-19 (like max wizard like level 100 I would rather go for level 1-19) lower enemy (don't care or how bad drop is just going for mount or pet or gear beside gear in one shot gauntlet can't trade them anyways!

If you set the level to 80+, and are level 100, you will receive level 100 gear.
Why would it even be 100+ though, they never put any exalted gear or jewels in the first place. Only 95 jewels, which you have too craft. All the best jewels are 80-85 in my opinion. There also is a reason too run the gauntlets....mounts.
saving for 3 arc for higher level jewel (beside) I think KI made level jewel in different order (so, made them different level) only have 95 jewel because don't enough crafting skill for next level crafting badge after KKS?

When highest boss has like 6-8k life lol just saying maybe not only set mob level but also add difficulty beyond beginner with increasing or unique rewards for taking on the harder challenge.

Doesn't matter what level the gear is, they don't have any stats worth keeping.
The solo gauntlets are FUN and aren't meant to be challenging, so suggesting they add difficulty setting or whatever is a big NO.
Why not have gear that we can just stitch? Why does everything have to be a challenge? Why not have something in the game that is totally fun for EVERYONE, not just the "elite" few.
These gauntlets are exactly how W101 worlds should be done.
