I'm an ice wizard, and a while ago I got a quest from Professor Greyrose telling me to talk to Mindy Pixiecrown abuot minions. Sometime after that I took a break from the game (a long one) and when I came back the quest wasn't there anymore. The grey question mark is still over Greyrose's head, but when I go to Mindy Pixiecrown there's nothing.
After talking to her in "Gathering Information" she sends you to talk to Mayor Pimsbury in Marleybone. He gives the next quest "The Chest Awaits". That quest leads to "Chilling Information". Check your quest log for one of those.
