Why can't I get to Krokosphinx

So right now my wizard is level 20 and I have gotten the quest for Krocosphinx to battle the Spellwrit Collosuss or whatever their called but when I try to get on the boat I cant! Can you tell me what I am doing wrong or what is happening.
p.s I already have the membership

You have to get through some of the Krokotopia storyline.

You gotta go through the pyramid of the Sun first before you can do that. Hope that helped!
