FYI - the Desert Golems in the Krokotopia Palace of Fire count as a Giant, Golem and Elemental so they're a good way to bump up your numbers for all of those creatures. As for easy undead, any undead in Wizard City should be easy enough but Nightside might be your fastest option because there you can fight them two at a time.

fastest was for elementals fire elementals in krok fastest for undead nightside because everything in there is undead fastest for golems golem tower because you can one shot everything
Also for future badge getting I would suggest finding the version of whatever you need to fight that is easiest for you to win against and go for it.
