Today someone private chatted me,so I clicked their name to see who it was. They were not my friend. I couldn't view his stats (the arrow was grey) and they had no picture. When I tried to send him a buddy request, it said his name, but it had no school or level like it always does. Someone mentioned this problem, but they were talking about it happening to their friend and the post was in 2010, so I thought I would bring it up again. Did the person quickly change rooms?
The player may have exited the game between the time they sent you the message and when you clicked on the name. If they were offline you would not be able to see their character information.
