Hi so i was questing as usual and I just finished Ironworks in Marleybone and my quest was to talk to Baxter. So i followed the quest arrow and Baxter wasn't there. I can't do anything currently because every time I do the dungeon again it still does that. Anyone help please? I am level 34 Balance and I don't want to start over just because of this. How do I fix this? Please help
