Colossus Boulevard Gobbler going crazy

Hello I am a long time wizard player but I am new to the message boards so hear me out.

Key of color
Red=problem
Blue=details about problem

I am questing with my lvl 11 wizard and the gobblers where going off the street and I avoided them.

The gobblers where going super fast (like speed hack fast) around i didn't know what was going on so I continued my quest against the gobbler king

I believe this is not a new problem and needs to get checked on
