Unbalance card spell damage

This question have bothered me for months now and I was wondering whys does the card spell blizzard does less damage than sandstorm where it does more damage and it fizzles less. Plus the damage of blizzard does almost the same damage as the card spell snowman and so I hardly use blizzard, because really it's not worth to cast where if you have sandstorm or meteor strike, it does a lot of damage and worth the cast. So I was wondering why can't blizzard has the same damage as sandstorm or at least increase the damage of blizzard a bit more. I am level 36 wizard and my name is Alejandro in the game and if you see me pass by, could you please tell me why.

I know. Poor ice with low damage, low accuracy on their lower level spells. Look at dark sprite, scarab, imp, and frost beetle. They all so the same 65-105 damage but have different accuracy rates.

I know right! They need to change that; well now I don't use them, but when you create a wizard and have those schools and those cards aren't good enough to fight monsters and I remember how it was like before then and it was really hard. They should change the damage of those cards to make battles much easier and finish up some quests quicker, because a lot of quests involves battling.
