mine does this sometimes as well.
if you are playing the game without a mouse (which i am as well~ currently using my laptop's touch-pad), you'll occasionally trigger some random hot-keys, like the ones that bring up your spell-book, when you click on stuff or try to chat with people. no sweet clue what causes it, just that i never had these problems when using an actual mouse.
when i find it, i'm plugging it back in and (if you don't have one) i recommend you get one, too.
