secondary spell?

what is the highest lvl you can get in secondary spells, I think I have 1 through 25 in balance but cannot find
any higher spells.im' lvl 53 life.

Level 42. You have to head over to the Krokosphinx for the higher ranked spells.

For getting spells as a secondary school, you can only get the school spells listed and nothing more. You can't get the extra spells that primary school wizards get with quests. The only way to get some, is if you happen to farm the Bazaar for items, or plant gardens for spells, such as individual blades, cleanse charm, etc.

The higher balance spells are given by Alhazred in the Balance School outside of the Krokosphinx.

the highest level you can go in your secondary school is level 42
