Hairstyles color problem

When my male storm character bought one of the hairstyles the other day, he was able to choose purple.

However

When my female life mage tries to buy a hairstyle, she can't choose any other colors at all and is stuck with the brown shade all the hairstyles are by default.

press preview and the color option will be available. select the color you want and click buy. that's what I did.
