How does healing outgoing effect rebirth? I've noticed that when I have only healing outgoing, no healing incoming, that my rebirth automatically boosts on everyone including myself. Is this suppose to happen?
I currently have both outgoing and incoming so it doesn't effect me at the moment, but I was just curious why that was happening before. Thanks!
