Okay, I'm having a hard time deciding over what gear to use. Right now, I have the knightly helm (the Avalon fire hat). The guard of the fire sun armor (azteca fire robe), and the cold house chac boots (azteca fire boots). I'm leaning towards my gear rather than the aquilian gear. (Mostly because azteca gear was hard to craft). Should I just stay with my Avalon hat and my azteca robe and hat?
Yes!!! the gear you have is far superior! The Aquila gear has large decreases in damage and resist which are vital in combat! I also think you should consider swapping your Knightly Helm for the Firestarter's Hood. Even though the Firestarter's Hood decreases your damage by 1 the additional 9 resist you get makes up for it!
I agree with Spectral Evidence. Attack boost and universal resist are good things to have, and some of the later gear is lacking one or both of these things.
