winterbane and pagoda trade

i am wondering why can i switch pagoda or winterbane to other characters on the same account cause i really want to switch it. so can someone tell me why cant i switch them

If you have No Trade items such as that, then it means you cannot trade them. Just as No Auction means you can't sell them at the Bazaar.

They are no trade items, and that don't make much sense me though

If memory serves the items from the cards you described are one time used and bound to the character they are redeemed on only, thus making not trade even in the same account.

They don't allow trade on them. I wish they did because I can't afford to spend 30-40 bucks for each character I have...
