Avalon main quest help

I'm Catherine Blood, fire is my school I'm level 77 and I can't find the main quest for Avalon and I also can't remember what last quest I did was.

Also are any of these quest the main quest?
White Knights
Chevalier
Red heads
No pain, No agravaine
The pain of war.

The last quest that you listed "The Pain of War" is the storyline/main quest. The others you listed are side quests. I know the "No Pain, No Agravaine " is the myth quest for the spell "shift".
