We just purchased the Evergreen bundle from gamestop.com. The crowns downloaded to the account, but the extra items are missing. ?? My son looked in his backpack and the bank. Any ideas where the other items are?? Thanks!
Click the "gift" icon on the left side of the game window. You can redeem the items from there. Take care to select the correct level for the gear. You may want to pick a higher level if you are advancing quickly, so you grow into, rather than out of them.
