weird quest

everyday i log into 101 i get a message from arthur wethersfeld that im supposed to find him in marleybone at rtegents square but when i go to the spiral door i dont see marleybone...

does anyone know what i do?

Hello,

You will need to complete your main storyline quests in Wizard City and Krokotopia before you are able to unlock Marleybone.

Its from the professor probably. Did you complete the telegraph box in Olde Town?
