Picking up ONLY furniture?

I'm trying to move to the Villa Gardens and want to know if there is a way I could pick up all of the furniture inside and outside of my Midday Estate but WITHOUT picking up castle blocks.

Hi!
I know that you can pick up items in your house and move them into your attic... But it still picks up castle blocks I believe, there's no way around it.
