This doesn't make sense.

My critical block doesn't work.
I think it's broken because my school is Ice.

I have almost 300 critical block

As a ice, my block should work in pvp

There is no excuse for a exalted balance with 350 critical to critical on me every single time.

And yet Ice is suppose to be the tanky/defensive/highest health pool school

I would LOVE to trade in my Critical for Critical block
Why?

Because Critical for Ice is like 50~60%
basically a Flip coin.

Because Critical for Ice is like 50~60%

It makes sense, actually. If the opponent has more critical than your block, there will be a higher chance you will not block it.

Doesn't that work for everybody then?
Critical will always be higher than Critical Block.

However if you are an ice, there shouldn't be any excuses that other schools have block NEARLY to yours.

Ice is suppose to be the tanky school.

Yet I still see other schools other than ice have similar to block to ours.

Even other schools SOMETIMES have nearly resist as ours. (Even when both players are wearing similar resist pets)
