I've received the Blighted Freerooter daily quest which says they can be found in The Forum. I could not find them there so did an internet search. Wikia says The Blighted Freerooter is located in the Crystal Grove. I did find them in Crystal Grove as Wikia indicated.
Yeah, I found them in the Forum. I think I took the blue teleporter. They are near some Death Draconians. The guys you are looking for are of the Life School. (I know you may know that, but just in case) Happy hunting!
