they updated the balefrost spell to 35% but my card still says 25% to all ice spells, does it still do 35% percent even though my card is 25%? or what

After auditing your account it was determined that your Balefrost displays 35%.

Balefrost, the regular spell, is set at 35%. It hasn’t been updated since March of 2011. Various treasure cards have different values, but none are 25%.
