pvp quests from the arena

i am a level 62 and i for some reasons i am getting pvp quetss that i got form earlier levels at this level such as the hard to resist quest and the arrow to the knee quest. Can somebody maybe help me with this glotch?

These were new quests added to the game. They are completely optional, but we suggest our players complete all quests they are offered.
