Go to the bazaar and look at all the clothes available for your school. Only YOU can decide what is more important, strength, accuracy, etc. Gear selection is a personal thing as each wizard's playing style is different.
I still find that the Waterworks gear is the best, but at the very least you should check the bazaar. I usually look for gear that does +pip%, +damge, +accuracy as a storm mage.
