I've seen A HANDFUL of people wearing Roland's Armor/Robe. But how can I get is and at which level? If I need crowns I have 15,983.

If you don't have a membership you'll need those crowns. The item(s) worn by Roland are sold by Diego for a chunk of arena tickets and in order to purchase them you also require the PvP Commander Rank. This is an item that requires a lot of skill to get. Or you can get a same item set (Only looks that way for boys) from the Epic Bundle that was retired but there are contests on community websites that have the Epic Bundle as a prize. And if you do it the PvP way you might only want to get the robe. Note: Commander Rank is the PvP Rank below Warlord. Another note: You have to spend generally some crowns for gear and awesome pet due to the current PvP system. Last note: No level required I usually see level 5 myths wearing it but they're warlords. Critical (Just critical I don't like biasing a school anymore)
