I finally gave up after literally 1000's of Tartarus runs. I've gotten every piece of gear multiple times. I've seen a few people get exaulted life amulets, but I've never seen the Divine Influence drop except when it was in test realm. I've seen a few players with it, but every one of them that I've talked to got it during the first couple days of Aquila's release. The drop rate is so insanely low, it's not worth trying for unless you need pieces of Hades gear also.
Literally 1000's? Doubt it! And besides, my friend (From real life) got it with me about 2-3 weeks ago, It just takes a matter of dedication.
1000's may be a slight exaggeration, but over a 1000 easily. Don't give me the dedication speal. For a few months I ran Hades 8-10 times a day. I eventually got all the gear I wanted, but I've never gotten an amulet there and I've never seen anyone get any except the exalted life one.

i have actually gotten the exalted myth and fire i tried for the life a little bit but divine influence is my main concern now
