I don't see why it wouldn't, it has appears every year so far. Also why wait for October 2016 when you could wait for October 2015?

Also you can hatch one in the hatchery as well

Most likely yes and as well as the return of the other new Halloween pack... btw are you looking for 1st generation vampire? If not, just find them in the Hatchery as I do see a few hanging about.

As a not terribly huge fan of christmas anyway, I sure wish we could have halloween in june instead of christmas in july.
