Transferring Characters between Family Accounts

Hi,

I am thinking about transferring a character between two of my family accounts,

However, I am wondering whether or not the character I transfer will maintain all of his gear, houses, pets, etc.

Depending on whether or not I can do this will influence my decision to transfer characters, so I thought I'd ask in advance .

All the backpack gear, houses, housing items, pets, bank, and attic items (except shared bank) get transferred with the wizard.
