Mooshu crafting recipe not showing

So I did the quest in marleybone for crafting then went to mooshu and bought the recipe for the ring and when I got to my crafting table and yes I was using the crafting table it wouldn't show in rings, I did all of the before crafting things.

Yes I am very sure everything is right I have the recipe, it's obviously a bug with the game.
