i am having white pip so often now.

even though its 93% chances

Please check if why its not getting me power pips

Is 7% is big difference?

is 7% is 50%?

Just perception. You notice it when it white and neglect it when it yellow. It gives you the false perception that it's happening more often than not. 100% is 100% and you never get a white pip. 93% means you will get white pips.
