Hello! So recently I have been getting a problem. I have two wizards that are level 40 storm and level 33 fire. I switched my computer to a desktop computer instead of my old laptop and now I can't connect to the wizard101 files . When I log on to Wizard101 and get into the character selection screen the only way I can actually load up my characters is if I unequip everything on my other computer and relog. Then if I do do this I enter the game and everything is loading, but I think it is not loading correctly because on the top left corner of the screen it says _____ 0%. After a while I leave it there and it just says PROBLEM could not connect to Wizard101. I have already tried disabling firewall, completely uninstalling restarting then installing, and running as a Administrator.
