Did not get Ice Blade or Frost Giant yet

I am currently level 48 and i haven't got neither of the quests for neither of the spells. I am sure many other people have experienced this if you have is there any ways i can fix this?

go back and do all the quests you didn't do, you've missed a pre-req

You need to complete the quest Ice Creature Feature from Professor Greyrose.
