priority stats for and ice-death wizard

Hi guys just wandering what stats should i prior for a lv 45 ice-death wizard ,right now im using CGear lv 35-45 and have 12 damage 20 def and 5 acuracy with 41 power p,also what to aim for when im lv 50+.

For what level ranks, because i'm level 79 and i have stats about that good maybe better

Right now i wouldnt worry about crit or crit block. Focus on pips/health/power/+ damage/accuracy.

Shielding def is always good but you have leech spells so i would focus on stated above.
