The Desert Villa and Royal Playhouse will offer the most space for placing items in the yards and house.

We prefer the playhouse because we like the land scape better. If you like several out door areas the Villa is good but the castle is smaller.

my balance wizard had the desert villa for a time, back when she was a baby wizard. it's nice, and there's a lot of space... if you like gardening, it has a beautiful courtyard in front.

never had the other 2, though, so not sure. either way, have fun deciding!
