I am level 54 and I didn't get my quest from my teacher. I even checked. Although, I am in Celestia and still on that quest from the storm school teacher for the spiral key in Marleybone. You know that long dungeon, I am still on that.

Just so you know ... the quest at The Warehouse in Marleybone is "optional". At one time it was required, but KI changed that a long time ago. You can still try it if you want to, but it is optional.

I don't see a Level 54 spell quest. But there is a Level 55 spell quest. On that link you can click on any of those quests to get more info. Hope this helped.
