Since I just got a membership, I do not have to worry about going to different places along the Spiral. Now, I want to buy crowns with gift cards for mounts, pets, and other stuff. Can someone please explain to me how gift cards work? Thanks!

They're pretty simple. Go to the gift card page on this site to find the one(s) you want. Go to the store (yes you have to go to a store to buy them unless you buy the few bundles available online here), buy it. Come home, log in to this site before logging into the game and activate the card. You will have the choice of using the crowns for membership or as crowns. Choose crowns since you are a member. When you log into the game, be very careful because a house cannot be tranferred (if you buy a bundle). You can choose which wizard get which item. The crowns are shared with all you wizard on that account.
