It looks really good for those who want to implement an all out attack or die strategy. But there is no resist which is a bad idea if you want to do well in PvP. Storm could do really well with the new gear, since most storms use this strategy.
And people who play tournaments could do really well with this gear since tournament game lengths are so short and all about attack, more so than defense.
