Didn't get Storm Prism?

I'm a level 20 storm wizard but I didn't get my storm prism. I heard you get it at level 7 or 16, I'm not sure. Either way, is there something I missed? I think I did the quest for the iron golem and all, which got me my storm blade, but I don't have a storm prism. Am I doing something wrong?

One of the "requirements" for getting your Storm Blade, is that you got the Storm Prism. Are you sure you didn't get it, but forgot to add it to your deck? Check your spells again.

I think that you might already have your prism.

I'm very sure I don't have it. I've checked my deck numerous times and it's not there.
