When do I get....

Hey everyone. My balance wizard is lvl 45 now, and I was wondering when I would get Mana Burn and Availing Hands. Thanks, and please tell meh!

You get Availing Hand at Level 55 (if you have done all of the prequests/requirements). And you get Mana Burn at Level 72 (again, if you have done the prequests/requirements).
