All of my wiz eventually got this nag icon when trying to open silver chests in WC.
A few months ago, silver chests started appearing in the reagent seed pattern for every world. Worlds which didn't have them before, now have them. Along with it came a new tool tip from cyrus.
The first time your wiz attempts a silver chest after that update, Cyrus will pop up and explain how they work (with much sarcasm). This is true even if your wiz is high level and has opened dozens of silver chests in the past.
If myth is your main, and/or you have not opened a silver chest since that time, then it's only natural that he or she will be the first to get the tooltip.

Yeah I just thought it was pretty hilarious that my myth got it first :D, seeing Cyrus is the myth professor. She isn't my main though, she is one of my newest characters
