My crafting recipe "Seal of Seraphim" won't show

Ok, so I just started up crafting again, and I'm in MooShu. I have the recipe in my backpack, but when I got back to my crafting table in my dorm, it doesnt show up. My friends have tried suggesting to check and reload, which is what I did. I also have a free timer. All my other recipes show up. Why not this one?

You will need an Equipment Crafting Station, if I remember properly which you can buy from the following: Ea'rik of Krokosphinx Island, Krokotopia; Neville CobbleStone of Regent's Square, Marleybone; Zhi Lan of the Jade Palace, MooShu; and finally Nessa LightBlade of the Athenium, Dragonspyre. Each of these cost 1,500 gold. Go Craft, My Friend!
