Hi i was going to watch a video for crowns but it wasn't loading, where the video should have been was just plain white, so i waited 15 seconds to earn my crowns and the exited, but i still didn't get them. But this wasn't just one time. I'm hoping i could fix this.

Mine would not load until I used the screen resolution that was my computers default resolution. My computers default res was 1080 x 1920 and I had to change the wizard101 resolution to that in the settings
