Well, I can't make one. On wizard101.com, I only have one account. I tried to make a new one, the parent one, but it says I have to have made a purchase. I have subscription, I didn't know if it counted or not. The sub. is still active, and I got it from a gift card.
You must have used a credit card to purchase something on an account to make a parent account. Parent accounts allow age limited features to be unlocked, so a credit card purchase acts as proof of age. Any age can buy a gift card, but you must be over 18 to have a credit card.
