I received one from one of the new school jewel packs. It's a spell that lets you fly, like Superman, at mount speeds, without really having any mount, except for some little lights floating around your head. 40% speed gain.
They are actual mounts, they work very much like wings. There is a different-colored mount for each school from each Jewel Pack. So far I got 2 ice brumes, a balance and a myth. Unlike the normal hoard packs these are not that hard to obtain, good luck!
