Balance Spell "Mana Burn" Broken Hello sorry posted this in wrong area 1st time.
Mana burn: does dmg x mob pips then removes 3 of the mobs pips. that works fine broken part is this even after you remove pips and lets say mob is now at no pips will still cast like pips are still there.
Was fighting boss it had 4 gold pips i removed 3 and it was still able to cast efreet.
