I'm a level 55 Ice wizard, and right now I'm just doing random things, so I thought I would make some treasure cards. But when I went to Kelvin, I couldn't buy some of the cards. Why is that ?
crafting level and purchasing prior recipes; each recipe should tell you somewhere on it what level you must be to purchase/craft, as you can't purchase anything you are unable to craft or if there are level restrictions or other prerequisites.
You must be a certain level of crafting to buy each recipe card. When you scroll over to buy button, it will say what level you must be in crafting at the least. Good luck with your crafting quests
