Me and my dad both play wizard101 a lot and my dad got a quest to go into krokitopia then I got the same one and the arrow points towards strait at bartelby but what is that suppose to mean? Do we find a lever behind the tree or something?
Sounds like you both completed the Crafting quest, which then leads to the next crafting quest in Krokotopia. It's not uncommon for you to receive quests for worlds and zones for which you do not have access just yet.
You still have some work to do in Wizard City. Once you have completed all your required assignments in Wizard City, Merle Ambrose will ask you to investigate Krokotopia.
Once you have been given that quest, you can access the Spiral door by entering Bartleby the World Tree.
