There was a quest that I had to do from Moolinda Woo where she wanted me to get her some animation parts from golem tower, so I beat golem tower and it said I did, but when I went back to moolinda Woo it said I didn't do it and it still had the grey question mark over her head, then when I reached level 17 there was a quest from her I had to do to earn that tree spell I think and when I went to her the quest wasn't there, so I really don't know what to do please help me.

Are you sure you didn't already talk to her after you beat Golem Tower? The next part of that quest from her is where she tells you to talk to Kirby Longspear in Colossus Blvd. You can read the steps on this link:
