Earlier today I purchased the Evergreen Bundle from Gamestop.com online. I ordered it as a guest as I didn't want to create an account. I chatted with a customer service rep and they gave me the same redeem code that was on my order confirmation email. I can't seem to get the redeem code to work. All I get is the option to enter a captcha, and when I either enter that or the code numbers it doesn't work. Can you help? Since it was an online order and I already have the code I can't cancel the order, and I'm out the money. Not real happy at them moment.
KingsIsle responded almost immediately to my help request. Turns out it wasn't even their fault. It was a miscommunication between gamestop.com and myself. I am very impressed at not only the quick response but the detail in which KI attacked the problem. I would like to thank the KI staff for their help, courtesy and interest. I would also like to take the opportunity to thank them for this wonderful gamesite and all of the great options, features and products they offer. Too often we use these boards for complaints and negative comments. KI has received many kudos and awards from the Gaming World, and every one of them is deserved. We really are quite lucky to have this site. Thanks again KI!!
