After a few months of not playing Wizard101, my friend decided to play again, but when he tried to log in, it said his username or password was incorrect. He knows that they are both correct, and he can't get a new password because his email for his account was deleted (He also said that he might have changed the email some time ago, but doesn't remember to what). He's a level 74 fire wizard and he has spent a lot of money on this game. He has sacrificed so much time on this game and doesn't want to learn he can't play again. Please help!
Your friend (not you) needs to reach out to our support team by sending an EMAIL to support@wizard101.com
When contacting support, please give us: ->the account name ->the character name ->the operating system (PC or MAC) ->as much information about what was encountered as possible, including error messages or screenshots
NEVER send us (or anyone!): ->passwords ->full credit card information
The more information given up front, the faster the issue can be resolved. It can take up to 48 hours for Wizard101 customer support to reply to an email.
My friend just sent an email! He also said that he'll put a valid email he knows of on the account once he gets it back just in case something like this happens again. Thanks for the support!
