I was thinking for a new fire spell there could be a DragonKnight and he would be standing on the back of a dragon holding a spear and would have an attack sort of like the Minotaur where it has a weak attack then strong attack, but then it would attack all the enemies the same way, and then it would give the enemies a fire damage over time kind of like the dragon spell. I was thinking that this could be a really good spell but I don't know what a good level this spell could be gotten at or when a quest or something this would be done to get the spell. so any ideas for what level or a quest this would be done to get the spell?
